Forest bathing, known as "Shinrin-yoku" in Japan, is a practice that involves immersing oneself in the atmosphere of the forest. This mindful engagement with nature has been scientifically proven to offer a myriad of health benefits. Unlike hiking or outdoor activities aimed at physical fitness, forest bathing emphasises slow, deliberate movement and sensory engagement, allowing individuals to connect deeply with their natural surroundings.

Unlike hiking and outdoor pursuits aimed at making us sweaty, forest bathing involves slow, deliberate movements and a deep, mindful connection to our natural surroundings.
